When I was a freshman in high school my parents asked me if I would be interested in joining a gym. I said yes and signed up at a nearby gym that had nearly every Nautilus machine that was made. I quickly developed a tremendous interest in the Nautilus equipment as well as other machines and free weights, and after a few months, the interest turned into a passion.

As I was growing up, people started asking me what I want to do with my life. There were times I would say I would like to do something that involves fitness, but I wasn't exactly sure what that was. I was discouraged from pursuing a career in the fitness industry because I was told there were better opportunities elsewhere.

I ended up spending many years working jobs that I had absolutely no motivation to be at. I remember telling numerous younger people to follow their passion in life, and after telling people this for several years, I started having a lot of regrets about not following my passion in life.

I tried to start a few small businesses that didn't work. I then began working for several years on a custom clothing business. I would create designs in my spare time and eventually made a significant investment in equipment to print the designs on clothing. Everything that could have went wrong did go wrong, and after several years I still was unable to launch this business.

Fast-forward to November of 2019 after many years of setbacks and failures. I'm in Las Vegas to celebrate the 50th birthday of my high school friend. On the morning I was leaving to come back home I made one of the best decisions of my life. I got on my knees, and while looking at the beautiful mountains, I prayed to God in the name of Jesus to please put the answer in my heart as to why He created me and what my purpose is in this life. I then said to God "whatever it is you want me to do, I want it to honor You and not myself", and this is the moment I had an overwhelming feeling of emotion, and the answer immediately was given to me to design exercise equipment.

I knew for sure the answer came to me from God because I felt an overwhelming feeling come over me that I can't describe. This wasn't some kind of gut feeling or suspicion. This was different because the feeling wasn't going away.

I thought it over for several minutes because I had previously tried in the past to come up with ideas and make drawings to design exercise equipment with no success, but the feeling to design exercise equipment wasn't going away.

I then thought about what I would design, and I had absolutely no idea, but the feeling to design exercise equipment still wasn't going away.

I then thought if I came up with an idea then how would I get the product made, and I couldn't come up with an answer, but the feeling to design exercise equipment still wasn't going away.

I then realized that this is my passion in life, and God gave me this passion for a reason. Even though I wish I would have pursued this many years ago, it still wasn't too late to pursue my calling in life.  At this point I made the commitment to put all my faith in Jesus and let Him lead the way.

It just so happened that my sister and her husband were in Las Vegas, and I was able to meet up with them about an hour after I had finished my prayer and the gift from God to receive my calling in life.

My sister asked me how things were coming along with my clothing business. I told her that I'm no longer going to pursue the clothing business.

She then asked me what I'm going to do. I told her I'm going to design exercise equipment. Naturally, she asked what I'm going to design, and I told her I had absolutely no idea. I told her about the prayer I just said and how I felt God put the answer in my heart to design exercise equipment. All I knew was all my faith and trust was in God and Lord Jesus, and He was leading the way.

Three days later, I was watching a YouTube video called Supine Cable Side Laterals from the late John Meadows, and I seen a way to perform the exercise from a central anchor point, and the vision was given to me to create what would become the All In 1 Fitness Strap. At this point, I had no idea which direction to proceed, but I could feel God's Holy Spirit leading me to the next step. About a month later, I had a prototype designed and ready to test.

I continued to pray every day for wisdom and knowledge, and I received an abundance of information every day on the many possible exercises that this product is capable of performing. The amount of information that was given to me every day was way more than I ever imagined, and there's no possible way I could have come up with all these exercises on my own. It took over 5 years of extensive trials and testing to create the optimal exercise database.

I was also given the knowledge to be self-taught and learn how to make computer images to create patent
drawings, a company logo, and many other drawings used on the website and YouTube channel. I was also given the knowledge to shoot my own photos and videos and design the website with a little help from tech support.

There were many obstacles during the testing phase including hernia surgery, and there were many exercises I tried that didn't work. I was on a very tight budget and could not hire anyone to help with anything.

There were also some good events that took place along the way. I had the great fortune of receiving free legal assistance to help me apply for a patent because I was unable to afford a patent lawyer at the time. I also had the great fortune to discover I had a severe case of sleep apnea that I was completely oblivious to having my entire life. I was able to get treatment and go from a lifetime of being constantly worn out and fatigued to being more alert and productive.

This was all faith in God and Jesus. I never could have done it without Him. I could feel Him leading me through the entire process. I must say that the entire process did not go perfectly. I made mistakes along the way, but as time went on the mistakes were fewer.

When you put your faith in God and Jesus and work with Him, He will test you and make you work like you never have before, but it will also be by far the most rewarding experience of your life.

A special thank you to my parents, my sister Amy, my Uncle Ken, and my friend Mike who came up with the name Fast-Attach in a couple of minutes after I struggled to come up with a name after a couple of months.

At the beginning of this message, I mentioned that I signed up at the gym when I was a freshman in high school. I signed up on February 9th, 1985. Today is Monday, February 10th, 2025, and this is the final page I'm publishing to my website before I open the online store. I don't do any work on Sundays, and I worked right up to the last minute to get this done, so this was exactly a 40 year journey. The events in our lives happen in God's time and not ours.

For any doubters, and I know there are some, please keep in mind that I had a strong relationship with God and Jesus before I prayed to Him asking for my purpose in life.

Also, for those who do not believe me, you are entitled to your beliefs, but your beliefs do not change my experience, and I testify for sure that God and Jesus are for real, and He can transform your life in ways you never thought possible.

It's my greatest hope that my exercise products will help you as much as possible in your fitness journey,
but even more so my hope is for each and every one of you to find your calling in life, and I hope my story will inspire you to do so.
