BAND ATTACHMENTS

Bands should be inspected prior to your workout for any excessive damage that could result in the band breaking.

Suspension Attachments

When using bands attached to a chin-up bar or other suspension anchor, you have the option to use standard-size bands of approximately 41 inches in length, or you can use shorter bands depending on the exercise.

Cable Machines

When using a cable machine, it is recommended to attach one band that is approximately 41 inches in length to one of the side O ring anchors, wrap it around the base, and secure it to the other side O ring anchor.

Not all cable machine designs will allow for bands to be attached. It is recommended to apply adhesive foam padding over any straight-edged corners to protect the band and prevent it from tearing and breaking.

Band Buyer's Guide

It is not recommended to use thin bands as these are more likely to break than thicker bands of higher quality. If you don't require heavy band assistance or resistance and are not doing exercises that require extra range of motion then you should be fine using less expensive bands of lower quality.

There are numerous choices for band attachments on the market. The links below give you some different options.

Please note that tube-style bands with small carabiners attached to the ends may or may not open up wide enough to fit around the O ring anchor on the All In 1 Fitness Strap. The link below has been tested and does fit, but there is very little room if any to attach it to the O ring anchor.
