Fast-Attach Fitness Shipping Policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. We will email you to let you know your order is on the way.

 

SHIPPING RATE & DELIVERY TIME

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more. We ship USPS Priority Mail which typically ships in 1-3 business days, but the actual delivery time depends on the package's origin, destination, and potential service disruptions.

 

POTENTIAL SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

Service disruptions include, but are not limited to high delivery volume, weather, natural disasters, staffing, traffic, special events, or technical issues.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@fast-attachfitness.com with your order number and a photo of your item's condition. We will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

ORDER TRACKING DETAILS

You will receive an order confirmation in your email which contains a link for you to click to get your tracking number.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, first check the tracking status by entering "USPS tracking" into Google search and then enter your tracking number.

Next, check the USPS Service Alerts page for any possible service disruptions.

If the tracking number search and the USPS Service Alerts page do not help, contact USPS customer service at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship within the United States and U.S. territories. We plan to expand to international markets in the near future.
