FAST-ATTACH FITNESS RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If your item arrives in defective or damaged condition, you may exchange it for a new item. Please contact us at support@fast-attachfitness.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE". We will issue you a return label and will send you the new item after we receive the defective or damaged item.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return the unused product in new condition within 30 days after receiving your product for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or order number.
If you happen to receive the wrong item then we will send you a return shipping label to ship it back to us, and we will ship you out the correct item after we receive your return shipment.
All returns require you to first contact us so that we may issue you a return authorization. To start a return, you can contact us at support@fast-attachfitness.com with the subject line "RETURN". If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your return we will inspect it for damages. The product must be returned to us in new condition to qualify for a refund. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. Items with cuts, tears, stains, and other noticeable marks or scars will not be refunded. Items returned with any kind of odor will not be refunded. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges processed at the original time of purchase, but we do offer free return shipping for damages or wrong items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return package, so we suggest you get the tracking number of the package when you ship it. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refunds do take some time to process, and the time it takes to receive your credit varies depending on your bank and credit card company. To check the status of your refund, first check the balance in your account and then contact your credit card company or bank if needed. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, and you have not received your refund, then please contact us at support@fast-attachfitness.com with the subject line "REFUND".
We will pay for all shipping that is a result of damages or an error on our part; otherwise, refunds and credits for shipping charges will not be issued.
Please note there are no refunds on items that were delivered to you but not received. Please contact USPS customer service at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you received the item as a gift, please send an email to support@fast-attachfitness.com for return instructions. Once your return is processed, we will issue a gift card for the value of the item returned.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel or edit your order, please email us at support@fast-attachfitness.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER".
Please note that our goal is to ship orders as fast as possible, and once the order begins the fulfillment process, we cannot cancel or edit the order.
Warranty
Our high-quality constructed products are designed to last for a long time when used with our keylock style carabiners. Our products come with a 1 year warranty. Please click the link below for further details.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
