SUSPENSION ANCHORS
If you want to perform bodyweight suspension exercises or band suspension exercises then you will need to purchase a suspension anchor which is inexpensive and sold separately.
Suspension anchors are designed to wrap around a pull up bar to secure your All In 1 Fitness Strap to the pull up bar.
You may also use a suspension anchor that mounts to a ceiling or wall if you prefer this option.
A feature on the All In 1 Fitness Strap is the option to use a double anchor for extra stability. If you have side-by-side pull up bars then you can use two suspension anchors and attach them to each side O ring anchor on the All In 1 Fitness Strap to best prevent any shifting or sliding that may occur with a single anchor.
