Fast-Attach Fitness warrants that our products will be free in material workmanship or defects when properly maintained and put to normal use for the warranty period described below.

Warranty Period

Our products come with a 1 year warranty and will last for a long time with the proper care. Our products are heavy-duty and hold up extremely well over several years of extensive testing with little to no strap fraying. The Warranty Period begins on the date of receipt and will remain for a period of one (1) year (subject to the conditions set forth below).

Conditions Precedent To Submitting A Warranty Claim

Fast-Attach Fitness is under no obligation to respond to any warranty claim that is submitted after the Warranty Period has expired. 

Any claims for warranty must be submitted within the Warranty Period of one (1) year, and the owner/purchaser is required to provide Fast-Attach Fitness with the necessary information to support the claim.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty is void under the following conditions:

1. Misuse and improper maintenance

Our straps are designed to be used with a keylock style carabiner which does not snag the strap and cause fraying or tearing. Using a non-keylock style carabiner will snag the strap material and cause the strap to fray and tear and voids the warranty.

2. Abnormal operating conditions or damage from use not related to exercise purposes

Our products are to used specifically for exercise purposes. Any use of our products outside the scope of exercise purposes voids the warranty.

3. Storing the product in abnormal conditions

Our products are designed to be stored in normal temperature and weather conditions. Storing a product in abnormal conditions may result in product damage and voids the warranty.

4. General product wear

Although our products hold up very well, use of our products over time may result in general product wear and does not contribute to any warranty claim. 

No Transfer Of Warranty

The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser who purchased the product directly from Fast-Attach Fitness and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
