Beginner-friendly exercises consist of one or any combination of the following elements:

• Easy to perform

• Lower level of difficulty

• Comfortable body position

• Simple movement pattern

• Movement assistance

Some of these exercises also work good for those who are rehabbing from an injury.
Keep in mind that some of the exercises listed as Beginner can be performed by those of any skill level.

The majority of exercises in this database can be performed with multiple attachments options.

May 2026 Update: This database is in the process of being built.
