This category starts with exercises for beginners which has a lower level of difficulty, a more comfortable body position, a simple movement pattern, or any combination of these elements.
Some of these exercises also work good for those who are rehabbing from an injury.
Keep in mind that some of the exercises listed as Beginner can be performed by those of any skill level.
Please note that each exercise has its own attachment options, and no individual attachment option will work for all exercises.
